To see your day's racing you need to create a YachtBot race. You can set up the race before you go out, or set it up after all data is collected.
See our video tutorial Defining a race in YachtBot, or read below.
Defining a race is easy! Simply login to your YachtBot account, click on any of the headings in the Races menu item on the left. Then click on the 'Define a Race' button. Note there is a limit on how many races you can create, based on the type of account you are using.
The page that opens is YachtBot's race editor. Here, you can set most (but not all!) important parameters for your race. The three required parameters are:
- Start time
- End time (must be later than start time)
You can enter date and time by either using the edit boxes on the left, or dragging the time slider buttons at the top of the race editor. Before saving, you need to add at least one yacht or Wind device to your race.
Add a Yacht to your race by clicking the "+" button beside the Yacht list on the left side of the screen.
